Do your water bottles include a straw inside?

Our bottles are free-flowing, which means that all you need to do is tip the bottle to drink, there are no fiddly straws where bacteria can accumulate, and it is also ideal for teeth and jaw development in young children.
How easy are the bottles to collapse?

Our bottles can be reduced from the regular 550 ml to 200 ml and 10 cm in height in one easy movement. 1. Firstly, ensure the bottle is empty or has less than 200ml of water. 2. Open the spout 3. Push down 4. Close spout once collapsed
How easy are the bottles to clean?

Our bottles are all dishwasher safe (top rack) and feature a wide mouth design making them easy to wash by hand. Additionally, all the components of our lids are fully removable, and it's recommended to detach them before dishwashing. They also include a convenient spout cleaner keeping the spout in tip-top condition and germ-free.
Are the bottles leak-proof and BPA free?

Yes, all our water bottles are 100% leakproof and made with 100% BPA-free materials. To ensure that your bottle is always leakproof, please check if all the lid components are present and follow these three easy steps: Attach the colour outer ring with the carabiner clip. Insert the transparent ring into the bottle opening and push down (this piece goes into the inside of the neck and holds the outer ring in place) Screw the lid tightly onto the bottle.
