Tasty kids lunch idea!! Best tuna and green bean pasta recipe.

Now that children are back to school we face a new challenge: What to pack into their lunch bags for school? As a mother I can relate and understand how difficult it is to have to constantly think of ideas for what to cook and even harder to find inspiration for kids lunch bags. Finding a recipes that doesn't take too long to make but will still appeal to kids, tastes good and are healthy feel impossible to find.

Well fear not, here is a recipe that is sure to be a hit with the kids and parents alike, quick to make and best of all cheap!

Let’s kick off with my all time favourite recipe (this is my daughter’s favourite too)! 🤤This dish is great when hot but just as delicious cold. I normally make it for dinner and send the leftovers to school next day.

Meanwhile, tip the tuna and its oil into a bowl and flake the fish, stir in the lemon zest and season to taste. Drain the pasta and beans, return them to the pan and toss with the tuna mixture. Add a little olive oil if you need to moisten everything.
